30 Menstrual Minutes is a collection of interviews with practitioners from around the world that showcases different ways that menstrual cycles can show up in practice. From practitioners who actively advertise their support of menstrual cycles, through to clinicians who are just curious and asking questions in the background, these examples cover all spectrums of menstrual awareness interacting with occupational therapy.
**While you are welcome to watch all of the videos, this is a lot of content and it isn't a requirement of this course to do so.
