9 Modules

LEARN YOUR WAY AROUND

In Module 1 we say hello and get familiar with the course. You will learn how to access and gather any resources you will need and get started on tracking your menstrual cycle.

FIND YOUR STARTING PLACE

In Module 2 we review the menstrual cycle, discover the importance of biological rhythms and get you to ask yourself some big questions about your experience of menstrual cycles to find your starting place for this menstrual journey. 

ANCHOR YOUR CYCLE AND RHYTHMS

Module 3 takes you through the first experiential activity within this course. We are going to 'ground' or anchor your menstrual cycle into nature, and sense into the bigger rhythms that sit around us and in us.

LEARNING THE MENSTRUAL PATTERN

In Module 4 we explore the phases of the menstrual cycles, learn how it matches to the creative cycle, and identify the ways that we can experience this monthly rhythm. 

BEING PRESENT WITH YOURSELF

Module 5 is a guided mindfulness session to connect you to your pelvic space, menstrual cycle and mothering journey. 

REVERENCE FOR RHYTHMS

Module 6 is all about connecting the menstrual cycle to mothering, menopause, rites of passage and self care so you can honour how these rhythms impact your broader wellbeing.

EXPERIENCING CREATION

Module 7 is all about connecting to your body and cycles through creative expression. You will be guided through the process of making a clay model of your womb - a reflection on your womb journey, lineage, and how it impacts your current rhythms. This creation will also serve as a memento for your journey on this course. 

POWERFUL GUIDANCE

Module 8 will guide you through ways to plan around and use your menstrual cycle and rhythms as a daily guide. 

We also explore stress, the nervous system, cycle spirituality and how we can work with these factors to use our menstrual rhythms more powerfully.

CONTINUE TO FLOURISH

Module 9 allows us to problem solve ways to get unstuck when life gets busy and messy. We also celebrate the journey you have been on and set you up for continuing to grow into relationship and power with with your menstrual cycle and rhythms.
